I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State specializing in trauma-focused therapy for adults. I work with individuals navigating PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
As a certified EMDR therapist, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative—I strive to create a safe, respectful space where healing and growth are possible.
